Great location and only a five minutes walk to a large supermarket as well as other very good local eateries. Tung the owner and his wife are the kindest and most lovely couple who will go over and above for you. The room was very clean and modern and a comfortable bed. Great view from the 2nd floor. Pool was well kept and good size and much welcome in the intense heat. Bikes available and a good standard. Highly recommend for any traveller, close enough to the Old Town but far enough out to escape the madness. Also five minutes to the beach.

Worth more than 10/10! honestly just book this place as your next stay you won't be disappointed! On arrival the staff were so welcoming with a cool drink and assisted us with our bags. We quickly learned that the accomodation is family owned which made us feel so much better about out choice. We were made feel like part of the family. They could not do enough to ensure we had a good stay. For a small additional charge we even had our laundry taken care of twice and it was beautifully folded and clean. Our Son loved swimming in the pool and made friends with the owners little boy. The Vietnamese coffee that they make for you on site is THE BEST! The rooms are spacious, clean and have great air-conditioning. The bathrooms have all the mod cons and the shower excellent pressure and hot water. They have bikes you can use to explore. The neighbourhood is quiet, a beautiful view of a lake and you are only a short Grab drive to the beach or the old town. We can't wait to stay again next time we are in Hoi An. Thank you for making our time there so memorable.
Everything was honestly perfect. My partner works online and the wifi was not very strong in the room however on the balcony it was fine as well as downstairs in the communal area.
