It was really good price for the room and the location.
It is located very close to the beach, and very easy to reach to Hoi An.

A quick walk from the main beach. Friendly and accommodating staff, they were very responsive.
The hotel is in need of a renovation. So many let downs in the room. The towels were dirty, and had bugs. The pool area was not welcoming with 3 loungers, and trash around.
