View from balcony was peaceful. Close to beach just one main road to cross. Quiet residential area surrounding it located between beach and river.
Pool was covered; may suit some not others. Although it is always better to swim in the sea!

The shower was good and that’s important
Cleanliness could be improved . there seemed to be a lack of attention to detail, with some surfaces and items not thoroughly cleaned.

Die Lage war in Ordnung
Die Unterkunft versucht einen Touren anzudrehen die keiner braucht , zumindest wenn man nicht das erste mal in Hoi An ist. Es hätte gründlicher gereinigt werden können . Personal an der Rezeption versteht nicht ausreichend Englisch.
