    Room.quite big size also the bathroom separate with toilet water pressure really good.pity the drian so.smelly.surround the hotel.now have 3 construction quite noisy and busy area . But inside the room quite good soundproof you more hear the foot step from.the guest room on top of you.we stay in school holiday of local vietnam so they quite noisy with them and kids since 6am in the morning some night till after 11pm. For myself with the price for the room no breakfast a little pricey because you put up with noise of construction with no warning questions before book a little unfair.we stay in july 2026 .

    Staff was friendly but owners family, room floor was sticky even after clean up, curtain was broken, AC was noisy, construction outside was noisy, pool was nice and clean. Lobby was dark, no staff at counter all the time. They requested key leave at counter without secure. Owner get my room key checked our room while we were outing. Hotel has no breakfast and lift available.
