Nice pool.
The beach was totally under construction, so no beachfront to speak of. Had to walk a long way to be able to put your feet in the water.

The hotel was near lovely restaurants and massage places so I was happy with that.
We were able to hire a scooter from reception (the first one we hired got us into town but broke down once we were there, fixed it after about 15 minutes of trying. We were able to swap it for an electric scooter the next day and that one worked great).
Pool was nice and clean.
FYI - the beach has major construction right now, so you have to walk about 200m to get to a beach you can relax at.
On our arrival, the room we booked was insanely hot. It was 35 degrees that day so we really weren't expecting to turn up to a room that hadn't been cooled down, but it is what it is. The aircon didn't really work once we turned it on, so the staff let us move to a different room. After 24hrs, that new room cooled down, so it was okay in the end.
The bathroom (in the room on the first floor) had quite an unpleasant sewage smell.
