    The hotel left me with mixed feelings. The rooms are quite old and definitely need renovation. The main problem was the air conditioning. It did not cool the room properly, and in the middle of the night the air conditioner started leaking. The reception staff responded quickly and helped resolve the issue, which I appreciate. However, the air conditioner itself was so old that even after the leak was fixed, it still could not cool the room properly. As far as I understood, the problem with the air conditioners is not limited to just one room, so the hotel should consider replacing or thoroughly servicing them. The walls in the room were also dirty and clearly need to be refreshed. The towels were quite worn out as well and should really be replaced with new ones. During our 5-day stay, the bed linen was not changed even once, which was also disappointing. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful and did their best to assist us, but the condition of the rooms, old air conditioners, dirty walls, and housekeeping standards significantly reduced the comfort of our stay.

    Good location. Beach is across the street and very easy. There are very good restaurants next door. Very quite area.

    Rude staff member. Location is not near An Bang Beach. No hot water.
