The best part was the location, right on the river, near the center of Kuching. The property also has a balcony, which is roomy, and allows for seated dinner, breakfast etc and has some great views over the area. It also provides for some great lightning shows. The apartment is spacious and has functionally everything you require. The extra beds were helpful, 2 bathrooms was also very helpful.
The hosts were very welcoming, engaging and friendly, without being overly overbearing. They also provided additional tips on events in the area which was welcomed.
The Riverbank Suites is probably the best located property in the whole of Kuching.
Not being negative, but just being honest and transparent. The building is a little "tired" and could do with a good fresh lick of paint and some cosmetic upgrades. The same applies to the apartment, however neither of these issues diminished our stay one bit and enjoyed every aspect of it.
