La cucina non era ben pulita. Il frigo era sporco. La carta igienica era insufficiente per 7 persone, abbiamo dovuto comprarla, come i tovaglioli di carta, la carta da cucina, piatti di carta, bicchieri di carta. Non c' era nulla di tutto questo. Un phon per 7 persone ha creato delle difficolta'.

Good air conditioning, a lot of space, good backyard.

No cutting boards, the oven needs maintenance. Lots of condom wrappers lying about. We had many encounters with cockroaches (especially in the shower) and ants.

Easy of access, cleat toilets, good kitchen facility

Upon arrival, there was a significant amount of litter near the front entrance, which created a poor first impression. The outdoor areas within the property are quite run-down and would benefit from better maintenance. The interior of the house, however, was clean and generally in good condition. Communication with the host was satisfactory, although we were not allowed to store our luggage after check-out. The explanation provided was that cleaners would arrive early and new guests would check in shortly after. However, this did not appear consistent with the stated check-in times, as check-in was not scheduled before 3:00 PM. Overall, I would recommend the property if you are simply looking for a place to sleep, but expectations regarding the outdoor areas and flexibility around luggage storage should be managed accordingly.
