Mercury Suites Premium Apartments With Pool Access

Property is right in the centre of st Julian’s night life so great for the beach and dinner and clubs. It can be noisy at night. The apartment was clean and orderly and it’s a good kitchen if you want to cook. The addition of a washing machine and dishwasher was welcome.

The front desk staff were surly to say the least. Questions and help were not very welcome and they seemed generally fed up whenever someone needed to ask. The pool is much smaller than it looks. It was full of noisy, drinking Italian young men and women who made it quite intense for my teenage daughter so we used the beach and Lido at extra cost. What is not clear upon booking is that you have to go and get a wrist band each morning at 9 to get access to the pool floor. Without this you cannot get up in the lift or use the pool. These are limited so you risk not being able to get either a sunbed or access to the pool at all if it’s a popular day which is not clear when booking. I think this should be much clearer, not being able to come and go to the pool in our accommodation was an inconvenience and added extra stress about where to go and what to do. There is no where to store luggage when you check out at 11 - we opted to go to the Lido for the day before our late night flight taking everything with us and storing our small suitcases under the sun beds.

I liked the area, a bit noisy but the windows does the job to hide almost all noise. Everything worked ok, air con is perfect especially that you can set în every room. Was clean but it can be better.

The balcony glass from the street were very dirty, it ruins the view.
