21st Floor Sunset Apartment - Mercury Tower with Pool Access by Stays Uniq

The apartment is clean and modern with absolutely stunning views. The sunsets in the evening were a highlight. Access to the Spa was a nice bonus (note it's limited hours and first come first serve)

There are two pools advertised but one is a roof top pool with limited capacity and first come first serve policy, it all felt very unwelcoming and inconvenient. The pool which has full access on the 11th floor was quite disappointing it was very small with only a few sun beds and not well looked after, sun beds were falling apart and dirty. Within the area there is a lot of construction so the pool at times felt like a construction site and not very relaxing. We are a young family and this area is not recommended for families, it's the party area and very hectic and noisy, in the centre of Paceville, that's our fault though we should have done our research

We loved the views obviously! The apartment was very stylish and comfortable. It had just about enough kitchen things to cook with although we didn’t. The agency, Stays Uniq were superb, dealing with my every enquiry with promptness and kindness. My husband has Parkinson’s and little things like allowing an early entry if possible makes all the difference to us. I will mention a few little things in the next part but they do not impact the holiday at all and would just be a nice extra. 😀

It just needs a few little things like a dish drying cloth and some kitchen roll which would have helped keep the place tidy. It needs some rails or inserts in the wardrobe so you can store your clothes more efficiently. That’s it! Thanks to Stays Uniq for looking after us at two of their apartments this holiday. ❤️

The view at sunset was exceptional! We went to the wrong reception when we arrived but the host was kind enough to meet us and take us to the right place.

The fact that when we went in the garbage of previous occupants was still there it was not nice, the host took it out instantly but underneath there was a sticky liquid residue from the litter. Left it as it was and did not use that area. Moreover we were 2 adults and 2 kids (15 yrs and 11yrs), we found one bed ready. There was a sofa bed but was not ready to use. It was still closed and no guidance on how to open it. There was also residue on the cooker hob from previous residents. The shower knob was very hard to turn! Not manageble by kids at all, barely by me. Also we were 4 pax, we found only one water glass to drink from. Mugs and wine glasses were fine.
