This 3 bed, 2 bath home is in a prime location, less than a 10 minute walk to Hilton, Jack Trice, and the new CyTown development. Perfect for game days, events, family trips, or a just weekend in Ames. Enjoy the cozy living room perfect for relaxing or watching the game as well as the kitchen and dining area to prepare or eat dinner. Upstairs, guests will find a mix of sleeping options, including a queen bed, two full beds, and a cozy twin bunk bed. Backyard is a nice, large fenced in area perfect for enjoying time outside when weather permits. Driveway is big enough for 2-3 cars to park, street parking also available on first come, first serve basis. Basement is unfinished besides one of the full bathrooms available, which has been newly remodeled. Stair use is required to both enter the house and use bathroom.

Great location for Cyclone events! Walked 5 minutes to Hilton Coliseum for a basketball game! Ample room downstairs and up! Would definitely stay again while visiting Ames.
