Wether you want locally roasted ground coffee brewed fresh in your very own coffee station or have your eye on making a stack of waffles, we have you covered. Prefer someone else fills your cup? Check out Morning Bell Roasters or dive diner, The Grove, just a short drive away on Main Street.
Burn off some energy at nearby Emma McCarthy Lee Park via the secret south side entrance just steps away from your front door. Enjoy some pickle ball on the brand new courts or take a leisurely walk on one of the many nature lined park trails. Don't have equipment? No worries, we do!

My husband and I stayed here over a football weekend to visit our 2 children. The home was exactly as described. We loved the location to campus and the kitchen was fully stocked. The home was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet and private. We loved the outdoor patio over the garage. We would highly recommend.

this was the best vrbo that we have stayed at the kitchen was filled with every thing we need everyone loved the patio in the morning to watch the deer and the fox and the evening the deer came out in the back the host took care of the problem with the front door in a very timely matter. I would recommend this place to anyone.

What a nice place! Lots of the little things were handy and made our travels easier and comfortable. Well outfitted kitchen lots of space in the the house overall. Deer , fox, and other wildlife to watch in the mornings and evenings. Will stay again if we are in Ames.

We had a wonderful stay in Ames! Everything about the weekend was perfect. The property exceeded all expectations. There was plenty of space for all five of us, the decor is clean and cozy and contemporary, and the neighborhood was quiet and calm and perfectly situated close to campus. The wildlife was just icing on the cake: we saw five deer multiple times, and two foxes, including one who slept in the yard for two days
