Home with 4 bdrms on the same level. Large bdrm with skylights over the garage. East side deck offers shaded outdoor enjoyment area, nice yard with arbor vitae trees. New patio and built up fireplace. 3 block walk to Cyride Cherry route. Short and easy drive to Iowa State University or Jack Trice Stadium. Walking distance to All Iowa Attack.

House was great for the 5 of us and dogs. Three of us worked from the house one day and there was space for each of us to comfortably set up for the day. Bedrooms were large and kitchen was well stocked situated in a nice neighborhood.

Great neighborhood, nice house, very quiet. Would book again! Came for parents weekend at Iowa State, was only a 10 minute drive to the campus.
