This spectacular space is sure to check all the boxes!
Located in west Ames, in close proximity to Iowa State University, this twin home offers three bedrooms, two of which are en suite, perfect for privacy when traveling with colleagues, extended family, or friends. The third bedroom has a bathroom of its own just down the hall.
This house is surprisingly spacious! At just under 2,000 square feet, it provides room and style for everyone!
When mingling's the mission, there are two common areas to enjoy!
Upstairs you'll find a modern living room with seating for six, perfect for a quiet evening with a glass of wine and good conversation.
Downstairs is where fun is waiting to happen! The game room includes seating for six in front of our 75" TV, a pool table, air hockey, retro arcade games, a youth basketball hoop, and a game table for four which, of course, is accompanied by a variety of games to play!
When you're ready for some personal space, each of the sleeping quarters has ample to offer and is equipped with its own 43" TV.

Bedroom 2: King, Twin Daybed (x3)
Bedroom 3: Choose your snooze! This room is customizable to best suit your group! It comes standard with two Twin XL beds. You may opt to have them connected to create a King instead! Just let us know which way you'd like the room set up for you! This room also has a bonus standard Twin bed. (x3)
Living room: Full Hide-a-Bed (x2)
Our warm weather guests may enjoy their morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our front patio. Then feel free to fire up the grill and enjoy dinner in our cozy back yard, where there is dining seating for 10, and additional casual seating for 8 around the fire pit. Both of these spaces are softly lit for hours of nighttime enjoyment. (Available May-October.)
Our cold weather guests may enjoy a stimulating seasonal sensation! Bring your bathing suit and plan to treat yourself to a soak in our outdoor *6-person inflatable hot tub! Sink inside and let the jets heat and massage you, while the crisp, cool air simultaneously invigorates you! Just sit back, relax, and let the bubbles float your worries away! (Available November-April.)

House was exactly as described. Host communication is excellent! House has everything needed for a getaway, food, extra blankets pillows, plenty of space for larger family, and tv in every room is nice. Would highly recommend.
