About this house rental
Welcome to Cy's Nest!
Cy's Nest is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a short walk to Jack Trice stadium, Hilton Coliseum or any ISU events. Centrally located in Ames you will find easy access to all of the area's attractions.
The space:
This home features luxury linens and bath towels, a fully stocked kitchen including a Keurig coffee machine and a traditional drip coffee maker, living room with a 58" 4K smart TV to watch the pregame shows, 1G high speed internet for all of your devices and streaming, 4 bedrooms on second floor all with queen beds, a play room for the little ones (Pack n Play available) and two bathrooms. Main Floor bathroom features double vanity and a bathtub/shower. Second floor bathroom is compact 3/4 bathroom. Enjoy watching the world go by on the porch while sipping your morning coffee.
The home has a gas grill as well as a patio table and chairs in the backyard. These items are not available in the winter months.
The Location:
You will love the location of this home. Centrally located in Ames and only 1 min walk away from the bus route the city is at your doorstep. If you are headed to any ISU events you will be thrilled with the ability to walk to Jack Trice and Hilton in around 10 minutes.

This home has been approved for guest lodging by the City of Ames and holds required rental licenses. This license allows for a maximum of 5 adults per stay.
Other things to note
Laundry access will be provided to guest able to navigate steep stairs and staying 4+ days.
Garage access is not included in rental. There is room on the driveway for one vehicle. On street parking is available but very difficult to obtain on game days.
24/7 Ring video surveillance audio and video in use on the exterior of the home at the front and back entrance.

Really adorable house! Very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect for any university related visit. Close to campas and downtown. Jamie is very nice and responds quickly to messages. We’d definitely stay again.

We stayed here to celebrate my son graduating from ISU. It was a perfect location. The house was just as advertised, it was very clean. Check in & check out were a breeze. The host responded quickly with any questions I had. I wish I would have found this 4 years ago - it would have been our go to place to stay.
