Room on the ground floor was great. Our friends slept brilliantly there.
When I asked questions, I got answers (but I did need to chase for check in details on the day).
Other room we stayed in was poor, toilet leaks from the base, there was a smashed mobile phone in the drawer, bed against the wall making it difficult to go to the loo in the night as I had to climb over the Mrs.
Room was advertised as having tea making equipment in the rooms, but it was in a kitchen downstairs. Also, I expected more than one parking spot from the listing.

Good location. Very close to town. Warm and cosy. Great shower room.
No chair or anywhere to sit other than the bed.
No hair dryer.
