Clean, home from home.
Location.
Communication between the host.
The house was perfect
We could not park one night. The road was full & there were no spaces

The location is fabulous. The house is clean, spacious, well equipped and has lovely views. We didn’t meat the host in person but he answered his emails quickly and gave great advice on the area. If you are going to climb Snowdon the start at the train station is a 5 min walk from the property.
In the instruction book the emergency number says 911 however it should be 999 or 111. This may confuse any foreign guests . There is not a lot that can be done to improve the property but a second toilet would be a great idea if there were to be any future improvements. Although there is on street parking unfortunately we had to park on the Main Street because the local residents took up all the spaces. If there were designated parking for the property that would have been much better.
