The stylish, elevated Villa Casa Claus offers a wonderful terrace landscape. Here you can enjoy the fantastic view of the sea and plenty of comfort. You can relax on the comfortable loungers or in the lounge area, for example. The pool seems to merge with the sky above the trees. Another lovely spot is the cosy chill-out lounge in the garden. All meals can be taken at the large dining table right next to the house when the weather is fine. The view from here is also sensationally beautiful. A gas barbecue is available for barbecue evenings.
The beautiful style of the exterior continues inside this villa on Mallorca. Large windows let in pleasant light. Lots of white and a high ceiling with exposed beams set the scene in the open-plan living/dining room. Successful colour and material contrasts round off the very cosy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen offers access to the terrace at the side of the house. On this level of the house there is also a chic double bedroom with its own bathroom and access to the main terrace. Two further inviting bedrooms are located in the basement. There you will also find a shower room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. In the nearby village you will find good restaurants and bars as well as shopping facilities and a large sandy beach. The nearest small bay is within walking distance.
