Upper floor: SUITE Bedroom (with double bed) + Ensuite Bathroom + Living Room + 40m2 Terrace Rules: It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the property, in case of not complying with the rule, you will be penalized. Please keep order and cleanliness inside the villa. -Guests will be obliged to take charge of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the containers or established collection points before the end of their stay. - Heating should be used responsibly, turning it off when not inside the villa. ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any person in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit.
