The two-storey stone villa Sa Torre Nova is surrounded by a beautiful garden and is located near the small town of Son Carrió in the east of Mallorca. With the sea visible on the horizon, this secluded location offers an idyllic setting for outdoor living.
The villa has a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor areas, allowing for enjoyable summer meals on the terrace, complete with parasols for shade. After dinner, guests can relax in cosy lounges or enjoy a barbecue by the swimming pool, which features Roman steps and breathtaking views of the countryside.
The interior showcases traditional Mallorcan elements, including pretty red shutters on windows and doors, hand-baked wall tiles and charming wooden furniture. Sa Torre Nova caters for large families or groups with five spacious double bedrooms, four of which have en-suite bathrooms for added privacy. The bright kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins a dining area for ten people. For cooler evenings, the cosy living room with fireplace offers a perfect retreat. With its well thought-out design and generous amount of space, this villa is an ideal holiday home for friends and family.
Villa Sa Torre Nova is situated in a fantastic location between Sa Coma and Son Carrio. The beautiful beaches of the east coast are less than 4 km away. Great shopping trips can be made in Sant Llorenc. The seafront promenade of Portocristo invites you to take a stroll and offers plenty of good restaurants.
Electricity is included in the price, subject to reasonable consumption. In the rare event of an overrun, you will be charged in cash on site.
