The small palm tree is a real eye-catcher by the pool, which is covered with blue mosaic stones and has a relaxation area where bubbling water pampers the body. The comfortable loungers make you want to dream the whole day away in the blue sky. At the same time, the elevated terrace beckons, where you can enjoy your meals under the protection of the awning and have a great view of the pool. Depending on the position of the sun and your need for warmth, you can also use the terrace on the other side of the house and take a seat at a table there too. It is a real pleasure to prepare Mediterranean delicacies on the brick barbecue and enjoy them in a convivial atmosphere. Flooded with light and in a modern style, the top-equipped villa awaits its guests inside. An extremely harmonious colour scheme combined with high-quality materials and harmonious shapes creates an upscale, trendy ambience. An open-plan living-dining room with a large flat-screen TV and access to the terrace is the perfect place to relax indoors, while the fully equipped kitchen has a super-modern look with sophisticated appliances and a cooking island.
