Can Tico
Villa "Can Tico" is a spacious, traditional Mallorcan natural stone villa in the north-east of Mallorca. The property is situated on a green hill in a nature reserve and offers a peaceful, unspoilt landscape that soothes the body and mind.
The villa's large terraces, which are accessible from several rooms, offer panoramic views of the surrounding hills. Partly covered, they offer plenty of shade, with a large brick barbecue for dinner. A table tennis table and a table football table are available for your entertainment. The large pool is a standout feature with underwater seating areas, perfect for cooling off and enjoying drinks on warm summer days.
Inside, the villa boasts a modern country house style with airy rooms, exposed beams, terracotta tiles and cheerful accents. The fully equipped kitchen, which is open to the dining area, is ideal for shared meals, while the cosy living room with fireplace invites you to relax. There are four air-conditioned double bedrooms, two with a large 1.80 x 2.00 double bed and one with an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have a 1.60 x 2.00 metre bed. The villa also offers a billiard room, satellite TV and fast internet.
Villa "Can Tico" is a magnificent villa in the hills of Artà, which is only 3 kilometres away. Some of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca are close to the villa. The beach of Costa de los Pinos, as well as several other natural sandy beaches, can also be reached quickly by car. The beautiful, unspoilt sandy beach of Cala Torta can be reached in approx. 10 minutes. There are four golf courses within a 15-minute drive.
