The location is fantastic: so close to the sea that you can even see it from the balcony; a walk to the water only takes a few minutes. Villa Punta Blava, built in a typical single-family residential area, is white with shutters that shine in the same turquoise blue as the pool in the garden. The house on the east coast of Mallorca has a cosy maritime ambience and offers plenty of comfort, especially for families with children. The highlights: the swimming pool with artificial turf and sun loungers around it, the covered terrace and the barbecue area with paella pan. There is a swing in the front garden for the little ones. The interior design is modern, with lots of white, combined with various natural colours and dark wood, which immediately makes you feel at home. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living and dining area as well as a well-equipped kitchen with direct access to the outside area. There is also a bedroom and a modern bathroom on the ground floor. A staircase leads to the first floor with two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. The nearest beaches, such as Font de Sa Cala and Platja de Son Moll, are only 1.4 km and 2 km away respectively. A small bay with access to the sea and a small beach is right on your doorstep.
