This high-quality Villa Vista Mar on Mallorca is truly unique due to its location and features. The outdoor area alone is particularly impressive with its five sea view terraces on several levels.

The house can be entered from the terrace via floor-to-ceiling windows. The open-plan living and kitchen area is characterised by a bright, modern and trendy ambience. Large floor tiles and white walls frame the tasteful furnishings of this fully air-conditioned villa on Mallorca. On the ground floor, next to the living area, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, while on the upper floor there are two further bedrooms with a double bed. These share a shower room. There is access to another small terrace from the master bedroom. The technical equipment of the house is also excellent with fibre optic internet, Bluetooth speakers, satellite TV and good home office equipment. Golfers, tennis players, cyclists, hikers and surfers will also find this an ideal base for sporting activities.
The high-quality Villa Vista Mar is beautifully situated on a hillside on the edge of the charming coastal town of Canyamel and offers fantastic 180-degree sea views. In Canyamel you will find several good restaurants and bars as well as supermarkets. The fine sandy beach Platja de Canyamel is approx. 7 minutes away by car.
