New family villa with pool and garden next to the beach (licenseETV2325)

Close to a small beach, close to the store. We had amazing days there. 3 families with kids.

The villa is in an excellent location with a shop just around the corner, which sells almost everything needed for your stay. There are 3 restaurants within a few minutes and another restaurant in the nearby hotel. There is a small cove beach, which is a 10-minute walk (downhill), and there is a more extensive beach about 20 minutes. You can get a bus back from the larger beach for roughly 3 euros each. There is also a beach bar restaurant at the larger beach, which is lovely. Although bookings are required. The villa itself is great being on a single story. The only issues for us were that not all rooms have air conditioning, mainly the smaller rooms in the recently updated conversion. There are no bins in the area to move your rubbish too for collection. We had to use the local (lap post mounted) public bins around the town to dispose of our waste. Apart from this, the villa is great and we had a fantastic time!

The villa is exactly like the pictures and was perfect for our group of 6 adults, a 4 year old and 2 babies. It is modern and spacious, with lovely bathrooms and decor. The pool and outside area are fantastic and for families with babies, the house is pretty much all on one level which is ideal. We found that there was enough within a 5 min walk to keep you busy (restaurant at the hotel on the beach is a highlight as well as the beach bar 500m down the road - both fabulous!). But equally a frequent bus takes you into the nearby towns for a bigger supermarket, harbour, more restaurants. We’ve already recommended the villa to our friends and family for future stays and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks to the host for making our stay in Mallorca amazing!

From the moment we booked until we returned the owner Tony (and staff) were extremely helpful with all our requests including supplying a wheelchair and building a ramp so that we could access the villa in it. Nothing was too much trouble at all.We were a family of 12 (10 adults 1 child 1 baby).The villa is absolutely beautiful, clean and fully supplied with everything you need. You could not ask for any more.We had so much fun around the pool, family bbqs on the villa verandah and pool/table tennis competitions. There are 2 restaurants nearby - Davids was our favourite and also a hotel that served amazing cocktails.Public transport was situated no more than a minute from the villa so you were able to get to the busier resorts very easy. Taxis were cheap too. There is a local Spar no more than 2 minutes away which sold freshly baked bread every day.The villa is situated in a lovely peaceful area with lovely gardens. The property was well maintained and the staff extremely polite.I would definitely recommend this villa for a family holiday. Thank you very much Tony and staff. It was a real pleasure.
