About this villa rental
In this fully renovated family villa, you can enjoy the spacious garden, a pergola with a chill-out area, a saltwater pool, a play area with a ping-pong table, as well as access to a tennis court, swings, and a shopping area, all adjacent to the far end of the garden. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances, and the kitchen faucet has a filter that provides drinking water, eliminating the need to buy bottled water. Less than a 500-meter walk away are the Costa de los Pinos marina, the beach, and the Son Servera Golf Club. The house has 6 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, 1 guest restroom, a living room with a TV, a work area, and a library, a sitting room with a TV, a dining room, a new kitchen with an ironing area, a laundry room, and a clothesline, as well as a porch off the living room and another porch with a seating and dining area under a pergola next to the pool. Through the gate at the back of the garden, you’ll have access to the tennis court and a private playground, as well as the shopping and dining area. The villa features a spacious garden with a saltwater pool, complete with lounge chairs and pool towels, as well as a covered chill-out area where you can relax by the pool, eat, and enjoy the barbecue—there are two tables that each seat up to 12 people. It also has a side porch with a ping-pong table and a barbecue. You’ll have access to free Wi-Fi and two televisions in the common living areas. This vacation rental features a barbecue area, a safe, and air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas (dining room, kitchen, and living room). Air conditioning will be charged at the time of booking, including both cooling and heating for the winter. The bathroom includes a hair dryer and towels. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, and ice maker, as well as a coffee maker, teapot, and electric kettle. You can travel light, as a washer, dryer, and iron are available for your use.

A beautiful villa in a quiet location. We were a group of adults after a relaxed stay and this place was perfect for us. The outdoor space and pool was such a delight and we spent most of our time just relaxing by the pool and enjoying the occasional bbq. Cati the host was very good in our interactions and available when needed. I would highly recommend.

The villa is in an excellent location with a shop just around the corner, which sells almost everything needed for your stay. There are 3 restaurants within a few minutes and another restaurant in the nearby hotel. There is a small cove beach, which is a 10-minute walk (downhill), and there is a more extensive beach about 20 minutes. You can get a bus back from the larger beach for roughly 3 euros each. There is also a beach bar restaurant at the larger beach, which is lovely. Although bookings are required. The villa itself is great being on a single story. The only issues for us were that not all rooms have air conditioning, mainly the smaller rooms in the recently updated conversion. There are no bins in the area to move your rubbish too for collection. We had to use the local (lap post mounted) public bins around the town to dispose of our waste. Apart from this, the villa is great and we had a fantastic time!

From the moment we booked until we returned the owner Tony (and staff) were extremely helpful with all our requests including supplying a wheelchair and building a ramp so that we could access the villa in it. Nothing was too much trouble at all.We were a family of 12 (10 adults 1 child 1 baby).The villa is absolutely beautiful, clean and fully supplied with everything you need. You could not ask for any more.We had so much fun around the pool, family bbqs on the villa verandah and pool/table tennis competitions. There are 2 restaurants nearby - Davids was our favourite and also a hotel that served amazing cocktails.Public transport was situated no more than a minute from the villa so you were able to get to the busier resorts very easy. Taxis were cheap too. There is a local Spar no more than 2 minutes away which sold freshly baked bread every day.The villa is situated in a lovely peaceful area with lovely gardens. The property was well maintained and the staff extremely polite.I would definitely recommend this villa for a family holiday. Thank you very much Tony and staff. It was a real pleasure.
