Villa "Ca na Xisca" is an ideal self-catering holiday home in Mallorca, perfectly located within walking distance of the beach, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. This modern villa offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday with friends. The outdoor area has a pool surrounded by sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower and a mobile barbecue, ideal for socialising on those long Mediterranean nights. A covered veranda offers space for dining and an upper terrace overlooks the pool. Inside, the villa is designed for comfort. A staircase leads to a small entrance area with bathroom and utility room. A few steps up brings you to a bright living and dining area with access to the rear pool terrace. The spacious kitchen with dining area is also located on this level, along with a double bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three further double bedrooms and a bathroom with a hydromassage bath. Two of the bedrooms have access to a sun terrace. On the lower floor there is a large room with an additional dining area and sofas that can open onto the barbecue terrace. The villa is surrounded by a garden plot in the holiday resort of Sa Coma on the east coast of Mallorca. The beach is just a 15-minute walk away. The village offers good shopping facilities and restaurants. Several other sandy beaches can be reached in 5-10 minutes by car.
