It has a large pool with neck showers and a shaded relaxation area with comfortable sun loungers. A cosy, covered outdoor dining area and a mobile gas barbecue invite you to enjoy cosy get-togethers. A gate leads from the pool terrace to a spacious, enclosed play area with table tennis, trampoline and small football goals. Thanks to the shady pine trees, children can play without being exposed to the blazing sun. Access from the car park to the house is barrier-free thanks to a ramp. One of the double rooms on the ground floor has a wider door and is directly opposite a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The other living areas on the ground floor are completely stepless. A wide glass door provides easy access from the living and dining room to the outside and allows plenty of natural light into the room. There are two further double bedrooms on the ground floor, while a staircase leads to the upper floor, which is dedicated to a magnificent master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and plenty of storage space. From here you have access to a terrace overlooking the pool area. The holiday home is located on a secluded plot in a quiet street in the residential area of Son Serra Marina on the east coast of Mallorca. The long natural beach is an 8-minute walk away. A supermarket can be found 3 minutes away.
