This stunning villa "Salva" in the south of Mallorca is a true blend of traditional charm and modern comfort. Set in a 1,500 m² garden designed like a park, it offers a peaceful retreat with plenty of space to relax under mature trees.
The large, height-adjustable pool takes centre stage, surrounded by a spacious terrace with high-quality sun loungers and two Balinese beds, perfect for relaxing with a book and a drink. Several terraces, including a roof terrace, offer idyllic spots to enjoy the tranquil surroundings. The villa's elegant natural stone façade blends seamlessly into the Mallorcan landscape and adds to its timeless charm.
Inside, the villa combines traditional and modern elements for a cosy, inviting atmosphere. It offers plenty of living space and has three cosy bedrooms, each with air conditioning and two bathrooms. One bedroom with an open-plan design in an atrium style has an opaque curtain instead of a door. The open-plan living and dining area and a modern, fully equipped kitchen ensure a comfortable stay with everything you need for the perfect self-catering getaway.
This stone villa is in a fairytale location not far from the stunning beaches of Es Trenc with its beach bars and Es Caragol. The house has a truly idyllic, typically Mallorcan location and is perfect for those looking for a blissful experience. Shopping facilities are available in Porreres and Campos. In both towns you will find large supermarkets as well as some excellent restaurants. The weekly market in Porreres, which takes place every Tuesday morning (approx. 6 km away), is definitely worth a visit.
