The villa boasts a fantastic outdoor area. Surrounded by lush, green Mediterranean vegetation, the spacious pool terrace lies at the heart of the property. A circular Roman staircase leads majestically down to the pool. In the fenced-off play area right next to the pool, there is a treehouse for the villa’s youngest guests to play in. Comfortable sun loungers, plenty of parasols, a pool bar, an outdoor kitchen and a lovely covered terrace perfectly complement the villa’s outdoor area.



The interior of the house is decorated with many original details and exudes a rustic Mallorcan ambience. A wooden ceiling with exposed beams, dark door and window frames, and terracotta-coloured floors lend the ground floor a typical villa feel. Together with the tasteful, modern furnishings, the interior design provides the ideal setting for a successful island holiday. Among the highlights of this property is an open-plan, country-style kitchen with a beautiful mosaic floor, sofa seating arranged around a fireplace, and a solid wooden table for meals or board game evenings. An open wooden staircase with a brick surround, which also serves as a wine rack, leads to the first floor. As there are bottles stored there, care should be taken when climbing the stairs with young guests. The upper floor is characterised by diagonal lines. The three bright, functional and cosy double bedrooms disprove the notion that sloping ceilings are a classic challenge when it comes to furnishing. Here, alcoves have been cleverly converted into open wardrobes and sloping ceilings into bookcases. A total of three bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, complete the villa’s interior.



The rubble-stone villa ‘Can Rosillo’ is situated in a rural location just 3 km from Llucmajor. Llucmajor boasts one of the most beautiful market squares, with markets held three days a week: Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays. This villa is just a few minutes’ drive away on the MA-19, which takes you to the airport in 15 minutes and to the centre of Palma in just under 30 minutes. Palma Bay, with its kilometre-long sandy beach, is just as close as the idyllic little sandy cove of Cala Pí and the nature reserves of Playa Sa Ràpita and Playa Es Trenc.
