Welcome to this amazing villa with great exteriors, pool and garden, offering the perfect getaway for up to 6 people.
The villa is 5 km from Llucmajor, which is a charming town located in the southern part of the beautiful island of Mallorca. The town itself is characterized by narrow streets lined with traditional houses, quaint squares, and a charming central church. As you wander through the streets, you'll find local shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants where you can indulge in authentic Mallorcan cuisine and soak up the laid-back atmosphere. The surrounding countryside is dotted with vineyards, olive groves, and almond orchards, providing a scenic backdrop for hiking or cycling excursions. Moving towards the coast, you'll find the popular beach resort of S'Arenal, located just a short distance from Llucmajor. The accommodation comprises three inviting bedrooms, ensuring ample space for your family or friends. The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a hairdryer, air conditioning, and a chest of drawers for your belongings. The second bedroom offers two single beds, air conditioning, and a chest of drawers. The third bedroom boasts a double bed, a chest of drawers, and air conditioning.
A full and independent bathroom with a shower and double wash basin caters to the needs of the additional bedrooms. Should you require it, a cot and high chair can be provided upon request, making this villa an ideal choice for family holidays.

Pets weighing less than 7 kg are accepted. Only one pet is allowed.
No parties or groups of young people under 25 years old are allowed.
In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.
Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years old. This information is sent by email.
The deposit will be held via credit card and the guest will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
