The open and covered terraces of the house, a chill-out lounge and a well-tended garden invite you to fully utilise the potential of this place. The pool with dark blue mosaic tiles is 10 metres long and has a practical entrance with steps.

Modern tiled floors, furniture, stylish lighting, numerous straight lines and a very harmonious colour scheme create a cosy and elegant ambience that will make you feel right at home. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a dining room, three comfortably furnished double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a sauna. A further beautiful double bedroom with en-suite bathroom rounds off the generous comfort of this cosy farmhouse, which we would recommend without hesitation. The farmhouse La Fuente de Montuiri is located in the centre of Mallorca, just 5 km from the charming village of Montuiri. The house was built on a 15,000 m² plot and offers marvellous views of the surrounding countryside. The nearest beach, Platja de Sa Rapita, is around 26 km away. S'Arenal, Caló de Sant Antoni and Es Freu de Ses Covetes are at a similar distance.
