This charming sandstone house exudes authentic charm and is set on a huge, beautifully landscaped plot near Montuiri, offering a tranquil retreat in the rural heart of the island. Enjoy complete privacy as you explore the extensive garden, relax in the cosy courtyard or unwind on the covered terrace and sunny roof terrace. The inviting pool area, surrounded by a sun terrace and lush greenery, ensures safety for younger children. A hire car is recommended for excursions in the surrounding area, and you can park conveniently in the gravel car park in front of the house. Inside, the finca has a classic Mallorcan design with rough plastered and natural stone walls, dark wood accents and rustic antique furniture, all of which harmonise with modern comforts. The spacious layout includes inviting living areas on three levels, individually furnished bedrooms and large bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with showers, also on three levels. A well-equipped kitchen with dining table provides the perfect setting for cosy get-togethers. Enjoy the authentic charm and comfort of Son Costa for an unforgettable holiday experience. The historic finca Son Costa is located in the rural centre of Mallorca. The village of Montuiri with its restaurants and shopping facilities is only approx. 2 km away and can be reached via the country road. Platja de Palma is approx. 30 km away by hire car.
