Villa Son Cladera Petit is an ideal retreat for holidaymakers seeking peace and simplicity. Nestled in a discreet wall in the middle of the picturesque, slightly hilly landscape in the east of Mallorca, the property is just 12 kilometres from the sea.
The garden has lawns and Mediterranean plants. There is a beautifully edged pool surrounded by a tastefully paved sun terrace with plenty of sun loungers and modern polyrattan furniture for relaxing. The covered terrace area, adorned with terracotta and wood, offers two seating areas: a lounge-style area and a dining table, both designed for comfort and to enjoy the breathtaking views.
Inside, the bungalow is spacious and bright and features a cosy living area with TV and open fireplace, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are functional and well furnished and have ample storage space. The villa has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a spacious shower. The living rooms are equipped with air conditioning for comfort.
Villa Son Cladera Petit is situated in an absolutely peaceful location with fantastic views of the hilly landscape surrounding the property. The most beautiful beaches of Mallorca, the so-called Calas de Mallorca, can be reached from here in a short time. The village of Son Macia, where you can do your daily shopping or find cafés and restaurants, is only about 2 km away.
Electricity is included in the price, subject to reasonable consumption. In the rare event of an overrun, you will be charged in cash on site.
