At Finca Villa Maria de Betlem, the marvellous panoramic view of the sea will delight your heart: The coast is only 400 metres away as the crow flies. The shimmering turquoise-green pool right next to the house is a delightful alternative to swimming in the sea. The pool measures 10 x 5 metres, enough space to swim a few laps in the morning before breakfast. Afterwards, you can enjoy your first meal of the day on the sun-drenched terrace, where two seating areas are waiting for you. A natural canopy of climbing plants provides some shade. Sun loungers are available both on this terrace and right next to the pool, so you can enjoy the marvellous view to the full. The garden is surrounded in a field by a selection of Mediterranean trees and shrubs, giving the property a sheltered character. The mountain massif in the background adds to the postcard idyll of this enchanting place. The interior of the house impresses with a skilful blend of Mallorcan rustic touches and modern elegance. The friendly light colour of the natural wood roof beams and the terracotta-coloured floor create a harmonious ensemble. Here you can take a seat in the evening on the white, comfortable sofa in front of the crackling open fire. From here, you also have a view of the flat-screen TV, which will help you to finally watch the films you've been wanting to see in peace and quiet. A rustic rattan seating area with an arc lamp that provides warm light and a wooden table offer additional seating. The large, open-plan living area also has a kitchenette. Well-equipped, you will find everything you need for extensive cooking sessions at a high level. The huge fridge has enough capacity to keep you refreshed even on really hot summer days. There are three bedrooms in the sleeping wing, one of which has the luxury of its own bathroom and a beautifully antique-decorated wooden double bed that can easily sleep six people. One of the bedrooms has two single beds. Finca Villa Maria de Betlem is located 2 km from the village of Betlem in the wildly romantic, sparsely built-up north-east of the island and is the perfect place to stay for anyone who wants to be close to the sea. As the finca is well connected to the island's road network, there may be some driving noise in the distance, depending on the wind direction. The beach Platja de Colònia de Sant Pere is only 3 km away. In the fishing village, you can enjoy a bite to eat along a picturesque harbour promenade. Or you can drive to Artà, 15 km away.
