Rustica
This spacious, traditional Mallorcan villa "Rustica" is located in the north-east of Mallorca and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding hills of Artà.
The property is a tranquil retreat surrounded by cypress, olive, baobab and almond trees as well as lively oleander bushes. The beautifully manicured garden, dotted with palm trees, is perfect for evening strolls, while the private pool, accessible via steps and framed by a lounge area, is ideal for families. Adults can relax on sun loungers while children have fun splashing around. The covered terrace is a charming place to enjoy the tranquil surroundings, and in the evenings a barbecue invites you to dine al fresco. A gravel driveway provides convenient parking right next to the house.
Inside, the villa has stylish amenities, exposed beamed ceilings, whitewashed walls and elegant floor tiles create a warm atmosphere. The spacious living room has an open fireplace, a TV and a large dining table, ideal for relaxing or dining together. The well-equipped kitchen offers space for informal dining. With three inviting bedrooms, each with two single beds, and three functional bathrooms, the villa ensures comfort and privacy for all guests. The central heating makes it suitable for year-round stays and also offers a perfect retreat in winter.
"Rustica is a villa in a rural setting, only about 2 kilometres from the beautiful town of Artà. It has fantastic views of the countryside and sits on a plot of over 7,000 m². A beautiful natural sandy beach (Cala Torta) can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car. There are four golf courses close to the villa, some of which are only 10 minutes away by car.
