Villa Antipodes

Modern accommodations with all the needed kitchen & laundry appliances and kitchen utensils. Quite beautiful! The patio was a wonderful outdoor living area for relaxation and occasional charcoal grilling. Hosts were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

In character with Dubrovnik, there are many stairs to climb to access the villa and within the villa. Property access is up a gradual set of 60+ steps and luggage needs to be carried up/down. Just be prepared.

Loved the location, size and outdoor patio. Stayed here for a long weekend. It was very comfortable w 6 people and the location was ideal (just outside of Old City, glad we didn’t stay inside Old City). Easy walk to Banje Beach, grocery markets, coffee & pastry & cable car. Highly recommend this place. With 2.5 baths and washer/dryer it was very comfortable and convenient.

Stairs to front door were good workout to me but could be very difficult for some w limited mobility and/fitness , especially w luggage;

Beautiful and spacious house in a great location. The Kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The bedrooms are a good size and the beds extremely comfortable. There are two bathrooms which are spacious and appointed with high quality fittings. The terrace/outside space is private and a lovely place to spend time over breakfast. Very close to the old town (7 mins walk to the centre) and away from the the noise and crowds - it was in a perfect location for us, with great views. Lovely hosts who were very quick to reply to questions and very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Nothing other than there are about 100 steps up to the house from the main road below, but this is typical of most accommodation in Dubrovnik - steps everywhere! We did not find this a problem, but worth mentioning; for elderly visitors, or for people with difficulties walking.
