It was very clean, comfortable, smelt amazing & felt very luxurious. The pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna were all amazing.

Nothing was very happy with everything.

did run around in circles a bit. could be more clear to just enter front door and walk past lobby to key entry. was by luck we got in the front door as someone walked out and we found the key box.

nothing, was incredible apartment, sauna, pool, gym amazing, views incredible and generosity of kitchen appliances. maybe three lots of towels incase you go to pool with one or want a fresh one. the space as incredible, affordable and so central to our business event location.

Very clean, Homie location amazing

The check-in process was quite confusing. It took around three hours to sort out the keys, starting at 7:00 AM and requiring me to travel from place to place. Communication regarding the key collection was very mixed, and it felt like I was speaking to several different people who were all giving different information. In the end, Booking.com helped resolve the issue, and I was instructed to collect the keys from a different location. However, I wasn’t provided with the PIN code, and no one was answering my calls. At one stage, I was also told I needed to pay an additional $100, which added to the confusion. Once the key issue was finally sorted out, everything else went smoothly and the stay itself was enjoyable.
