Very clean, Homie location amazing
The check-in process was quite confusing. It took around three hours to sort out the keys, starting at 7:00 AM and requiring me to travel from place to place. Communication regarding the key collection was very mixed, and it felt like I was speaking to several different people who were all giving different information.
In the end, Booking.com helped resolve the issue, and I was instructed to collect the keys from a different location. However, I wasn’t provided with the PIN code, and no one was answering my calls. At one stage, I was also told I needed to pay an additional $100, which added to the confusion.
Once the key issue was finally sorted out, everything else went smoothly and the stay itself was enjoyable.
