Beautiful view, well stocked kitchen, spacious.
It was a bit noisy due to the busy street and train tracks.

The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious - really good for staying with friends and having the space to chill and chat without it feeling crowded. Jodie was also a lovely host and checked in with us often, and when contact was needed she was readily available! There were also two sets of keys so we could individually go places if needed and not have to coordinate being together the whole time with only one key. There were so many appliances and everything you could think of needing to make your own meal (airfryer & rice cooker) if you didn't feel like eating out, with spices and olive oil provided. A washer and dryer also made it easy for us to stay fresh and clean and not have to overpack. Was genuinely very happy with the apartment!
Unfortunately, something completely out of the control of the host is that the building entrance is located down an alleyway that can get kind of sketchy at night, so if you're out late at night just be aware and attentive as you head back in to the lobby that no one is following or behind you.

Location, size, amenities in the apartment, parking availability - all were wonderful! 2 adults + 2 kids (14 and 10), and it truly felt like a home during our 10 day stay in Melbourne. Having a kitchen and washing machine+dryer in the flat made it easy for us.
Slight hiccup with the parking arrangement, but Paul and Jodie sorted us out with a refund for any parking fees we incurred pretty soon after we got back to Malaysia.
Having the parking on-site was important to us, as we had planned for a few days' worth of day-trips during our stay - Phillip Island, Ballarat, Lake Mountain - and had hired a car for the duration of our stay.
Plenty of shops within walking distance for groceries, and a tram stop right in front of the apartment. Couldn't have wished for a better set-up!

Had some issues accessing the parking - not sure if it was a mistake on the Parking Management side or not - but Paul was quick to reassure us that any charges we incurred would be reimbursed. And they were true to their word, with Jodie settling our payments not long after we had gotten back home.
