    Location is good as it is right in front of the free tram stop, and 8-10min walkable to south bank. however, it is right beside train rail, trains run till 1am （1:30am？）. those who need silence for getting into sleep must avoid this hotel.

    The location was perfect with easy airport access and reliable Wi-Fi, making it very convenient. The facilities stood out, especially with consistent hot water and impressive views. Cleanliness and staff service were good but could use slight improvements. Overall, the experience offered excellent value for money and a comfortable stay.

    The hotel is conveniently located near the Free Tram Zone and Southern Cross Station. The pictures online accurately reflect the actual room. What you see is exactly what you get. The shower area is elevated, so water can easily spill onto the dry area of the bathroom. In addition, the shower control knob is located on the opposite side rather than near the showerhead, making it a little inconvenient to adjust the water temperature without getting wet. The laundry area smelled unpleasant. The washing machine and dryer were dirty, and it appeared that a previous guest had left a dirty sock inside. There was also a significant amount of lint and fabric dust in the machines. The concierge staff, including the Chinese and Indian ladies I encountered, did not seem particularly friendly or approachable. They rarely smiled and did not make us feel especially welcome during our interactions. Overall, everything was okay. Despite the few issues mentioned, the stay was generally pleasant.
