    Good location, kitchen is opened 24 hours, good for cooking. But the shower gel in the bathroom ran out and no one changed it. I found it was gone overnight and thought the staff would change it the next day, but no one did. Same problem occurred when I showered in other bathroom😢.

    The single room has a private bathroom, which is great. It is located on the top floor, so it gets cold - I turned the AC on the entire time so the temperature is always around 23C. Kitchen sometimes is messy, depending on other guests

    No shelf in the level 4 female showers No bench in the level 4 female showers Showers not been cleaned, lots of hair on the drainage grill, Both afternoon and early mornings . No toilet paper filled in level 4 female. Appreciate if these were addressed.
