The location and security of the building were great! Great views from the 30th floor! Check in and check out was easy!
The fact we could only have one key was an issue, something I think should be reconsidered for future tenants.

Bathroom light and exhaust fan wasn’t working, we reported it on first day but still not fixed when we left.

The view was really nice, and the couch was comfy. The location was fantastic for what we needed. It was easy to get to via Uber, and the IGA being underneath was really convenient.
Being able to secure our bags in the cloak room at the convention center where we were attending was a bonus.
The apartment didn't feel like it was looked after. The light in the main bedroom didn't work, the window didn't shut properly, so it whistled all night, which is great when you're 30 stories up, especially when a storm hits.
There was no heating/ aircon control, and the extraction fan in the bathroom was so full of dust that it started coming out mid-shower. You can tell the place hasn't seen a proper refresh in a long time. It just felt aged and unloved.
