"The location of it being right next to southern cross station. Having a tram directly outside the apartments was a huge win. The room having a washing and dryer is why I liked this Apartment the most"

everything!! so beautiful. customer service was outstanding!!
not that bad because the customer services was excellent, but i think a storage space for guests that may be flying so they don’t have to lug them around. i think it could even be negotiated with for a price like ezmart, i just think another way to get money🙌

Great facilities outside of the apartment. And great location.
Property was dirty. I had to go around and clean before we could do anything. Needs a good scrub especially in the bathroom, walls and kitchen. All dishes we went to use were dirty and needed to be rewashed. Bathroom products that were left for is to use were 4 years past there expiry date. No basic cooking products like foil, glad wrap, oils etc.
