About this villa rental
The villa is located in Santa Margherita di Pula in the exclusive “Comunione Pineta is Morus” community.
Surrounded by a large garden with pine trees, olive trees, and Mediterranean shrubs—including mastic, myrtle, olive, strawberry, laurel, and a lush lawn—it is the ideal setting for relaxation.
The house is spread over two levels, with 6 bedrooms (two double, four twin), three bathrooms, and a large kitchen (20 sq. m.). It is beautifully equipped with a large fireplace, a spacious living room with sofas and a TV, and superfast Wi-Fi. The furnishings are very sophisticated. Fine tableware and elegant linens.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
The villa is also ideal for family groups
Large loggias with conversation and dining areas. The garden is equipped with a barbecue, lounge chairs, and a hot shower.
The complex’s beach is a 5-minute walk away, and other
wonderful beaches are easily accessible in just a few minutes, both in Santa Margherita and Chia, as well as along the entire Teulada coast.
Relaxation, complete privacy, and comfort are the hallmarks of this home.
Within the gated community, there is a sports area with tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts, a playground, and more.
A well-organized market is easily accessible within a few minutes on foot or by car.
Nearby activities: tennis, golf, sailing, horseback riding, excursions, theater, shops, services, and entertainment in Pula.

In winter, the weather is always mild, with a high of 15°. You can still enjoy the sea, with long walks on the beach and the still-clear sky, the sun still warm, the warm air, and the fragrant scents of the sea.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea and Antonella’s home! Perfect location to access lots of amazing beaches by car in 15 minutes and walk to a couple too. Their house had everything you might need on a holiday, we felt completely at home. The covered terrace was where we spent almost all our time while at the house! Thank you for being such amazing hosts

This place is large and accommodated 9 of us very comfortably with room to spare. It's located 15 minutes from fantastic Chia beaches and the nearby beach is pretty good. Host Andrea and Antonalla were very helpful and set us up with all the instructions for the week.

We had a lovely stay at this villa, the owner who met us there was charming and very helpful. We had everything we wanted except a kettle, but we can forgive this, because the Italians do not really do tea. A toaster would have been handy, if there was one we didn't find it, but we coped with the grill. I recommend this lovely 'old Italian charm' villa. Would love to go back. Thank you Andrea
