About this villa rental
Nea villa, where the dawn gives you a good morning!!
The villa is located in Maladroxia, a characteristic tourist-seaside resort about 6 km from Sant'Antioco. The urban agglomeration of the village surrounds the sandy beach where the shallow seabed makes it particularly suitable for families with children. The houses present are built on the hill immediately behind the beach. This means that, despite being very close to the sea, they are also characterized by a beautiful sea view. These are precisely two characteristics of the villa: the proximity to the sea, about 70 meters, and the panorama that can be admired both from the rooms inside and the external spaces.
After passing the door that separates the garden from the street, after going down a flight of stairs, you find yourself in front of the characteristic swimming pool, overlooking the sea. The first area you find when entering the interior is the kitchen.
Climbing a few steps leads to the living room, where we find a TV with satellite decoder, which also allows foreign tourists to watch some programs from their countries of origin. In the living room, there is a large glass door, several niches, one particularly characteristic where a chessboard has been placed, a wet bar, a fireplace, a table as well as some sofas and some chairs.
On the same level as the living room, a small passage leads to a bathroom, equipped with a shower, and two bedrooms, both double, both with sea view.
Going up a few steps, still on the ground floor, we find a hallway, where the washing machine has been inserted. Continuing, on the same level there is a bedroom, with a fireplace in the room and a bathroom with bathtub.
Going up a flight of stairs from the living room level we arrive at the first floor. Entirely dedicated to the sleeping area, we have: two double bedrooms, with private bathroom with shower, and a single bedroom, with private bathroom with shower. All bedrooms, both on the ground floor and on the first floor, have air conditioning. A double bedroom, sea side, has a panoramic balcony.
Moving on to the outdoor spaces we have a characteristic swimming pool, overlooking the sea. Along the edge of it there are two peninsulas from which two large palm trees rise. This means can swim in the pool in the shade of the palm trees.
As external equipment we have a brick barbecue, an oven for making pizzas, an open space with tables and chairs, where you can eat outdoors. The amenities include deckchairs, sun loungers and a solar shower.
Finally, a flight of stairs leads to the terrace on the roof of the villa. From here it is possible to admire a beautiful panorama of part of the gulf in front of the villa. On the terrace we have sofas and tables, where you can have an aperitif, or admire the starry sky after dinner.
As regards the security of the villa, we have two parking spaces, an intercom and a safe and three doors that separate the garden from the neighboring streets. Two along the main road and one towards the sea to access the beach.
On the beach of Maladroxia we find a series of services: a shade with sunbeds and umbrellas for hire, a kiosk for eating, while in the village there are some restaurants-pizzerias, one right next to the villa.
Conversely, for the other services you have to reach Sant'Antioco where we find markets and shopping centres, open every day, including Saturday and Sunday, continuously.

We had an incredible 4 weeks in this property with friends and family, including babies and children. The location and view are just amazing. The owner was incredibly helpful and arrange periodic cleaning and fresh linens. I can highly recommend it and would love to return. The views from the roof terrace are stunning and the beach is incredibly child friendly and stunning blue.

Absolutely fabulous villa for our family of 11. Amazing sea view and pool. Walking distance to beach with great snorkelling. We used the hotel next door for coffee and pizza also. Carlo could not have been a more accommodating host. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was so helpful. A five star villa!

We spent two weeks in Carlo's villa and enjoyed it very much. The sea view from the pool terrace and the roof terrace is magnificent. The house is very spacious, nicely decorated and provided enough space for all of us (4 adults and 5 kids). The kitchen is clean and well equipped. The beach is only a two minutes walk from the back garden door.Last but not least, Carlo was a very friendly and attentive host who provided us with information about local must-sees and good places to go out for dining.

We could not have asked for a more perfect setting for 11 friends to get together and enjoy Sardinia. Communicating with Carlo in the lead up to the trip was easy and enjoyable, he was very responsive and made our arrival perfectly smooth. The villa itself is spectacular - of course you can see how beautiful the outside is from the pictures but the inside is amazing too, full of character and incredibly comfortable for 11 of us. Carlo made sure we had all the information we needed throughout. The property is exceptionally close to the beach, even walked down with out my shoes. The beach is not crowded, very laid back and there is tons more to explore on the island. I would love to come back to this place, I will be dreaming of it in the cold winter months! You can see how much love and attention Carlo has put into the property, and ensuring his guests have an amazing time.
