We loved the stunning views, and the large sitting room and comfy sofas. Lots of bedrooms and lovely hot double shower. Nice dining area. Easy check in.
No WiFi. You need a car as we toiled up the hill from Hakone and my husband nearly had a heart attack. No hot water in the kitchen. Bath tub/pool didn't work. There was a big rain storm and we felt really cold. The windows rattled furiously.
