The space is good and sufficient. Had most things we needed. Could cook in the villa, that's a plus.
Everything is fine. If having a desk/table for my laptop, would be better.
BTW, the villa provided a bike, but the brake was not good/safe. We got around mostly on foot or by car, though,

The house is so big and has everything we need during the stay. The host Yume is a super host. She keeps answering all of my messages. All guests need to checkin through provided ipad in the house. Location is great, just 300m from the Pirate Ship Hakonemachi port. We selected to stay in Hakonemachi because it's less tourist than Motohakone. The house has 1 parking lot. If you have more cars, you can park it at P12 which is also free of charge.
It would be great if there's some hot water tap on the upper floor.
