Appartamento spazioso, piacevole e funzionale, in ottima posizione.
Le scale per salire al terzo piano sono molto ripide e non manutenute. La gestione d’agenzia rende la comunicazione efficiente ma l’appartamento piuttosto impersonale.

Sehr zentral in einem charmanten Viertel mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants und Boutiquen. Das Appartement ist noch relativ neu und ungebraucht. Ein herrliches Bett, sehr gut geschlafen. Die Küche ist gut sortiert. Sehr angenehme Temperatur. Neues chickes Bad.
Einzig die Wohnungstür macht keinen vertrauensvollen Eindruck. Man sieht unten durch, wenn im Stiegenhaus das Licht angeht. Weil es nicht schalldicht ist, hört man jedes Wort von drinnen und draußen. Die Stiege ist so steil und eng, dass man aufpassen muss. Aber die Vorteile überwiegen deutlich.
