The location is the only good thing about this place. We asked for an early check-in, but they refused, saying they needed time to make the apartment "perfect" for us. We arrived nearly an hour after the official check-in time with our kids, and the place was not ready. It hadn't been cleaned at all after the previous guests - the beds were not ready, there was food in the fridge and some garbage, the bathroom was dirty. The management is a company that works remotely and has no idea what is happening in the flat. When we reported that we are not able to check in, they didn't even know their cleaning team never showed up! Instead of fixing it, they told us to send photos to some person on WhatsApp, avoiding the official Booking.com chat. Main issues: After an hour of stress, a lady came for a quick 30-minute "refresh." The apartment is managed by people who never visit it. The furniture is different from the photos, things are broken (toilet brush, kitchen cabinet door, poster on the wall, lamp). The equipment is rather very basic. No logic - They provide dish soap but no sponge. They give dishwasher tablets, but there is no dishwasher! You can really feel that is it managed remotely. This is a "rental factory." They hire subcontractors, they don't check their work, and they don't care about the guests. They respond fast to messages but only with "copy-paste" apologies that solve nothing.
