La posizione in vicinanza di metro e bus, nel contempo presenza di negozi e supermercati in zona. Appartamento finemente attrezzato.

I condizionatori erano un po’ rumorosi, i primi gradini delle scale un po’ traballanti, non disponibilità di asciugamani piccoli. Abbiamo trovato il bagno non perfettamente pulito.

This is our second year staying in this apartment, and once again it exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is exceptionally well equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is outstanding—right in the heart of the city, with everything within walking distance. The nightlife is vibrant, yet the area feels very safe at all times. The air conditioning and the spacious layout really make a difference, especially during the summer. We would definitely choose this apartment again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

There are a few areas that could benefit from some updates, as certain furnishings and finishes are starting to show their age. A bit more attention to the overall cleanliness of the apartment and a few minor maintenance touches would make the stay even better. The price has also increased noticeably compared to previous years and feels somewhat high for the current condition of the property. That said, these were only minor points and did not affect our overall experience, which was very positive.

Très facile d'obtenir les clés grâce à l'utilisation d'une boîte à clé à la porte de l'appartement. Logement très bien situé et offrant un bon confort. Réponse rapide de l'hôte.

Le fait de devoir passer par l'endroit où se trouve le divan-lit pour se rendre à la chambre n'est pas pratique. L'éclairage dans le salon et la cuisine est très froid; il serait bien d'ajouter une lampe sur pied, et peut-être un peu plus de décoration pour que ce soit plus chaleureux (dans la bibliothèque, par exemple).
