Location, kitchen and appliances
Not clean, garbage from previous renters was left under the bed, and toiletries used by them left on top of the shower head in the bathroom. Nice bathroom, but needs good housekeeping shower had yellow marks in the corners, floor mat in the bathroom was not provided. Pillows are flimsy. A31 overlooks a courtyard and windows are 2/3 tinted, not the experience I was looking for.

"Location was amazing. Right in le Marais. Handy for the RER to CDG. Good locations for restaurants. Comfortable and enough space for three girls despite it being centre of Paris. Cosy and clean."
